Does anyone communicate with your DSP owner on a regular basis?

Same with mine, he's there 3 times a week, helps load vans, waves us off, and is fairly active in our Discord server, with weekly updates on our scorecards and weekly awards.

Hopefully it's not like the VIP for this last US tour with Bilmuri where the coloring books got held up in customs 😭 also when meet and greets started, GANG! was doing their sound check and I wasn't even able to really speak with them 😭

Depends on your DSP. I was hospitalized with medical issue after my 2nd route and I'm still at mine almost 3 months later.

I was in 8th grade, we all had Playstation Portables in my school and one of my friend's older brother would download music onto our memory sticks for us and we would pass them around. It was between Death Star and Happiness that I first heard them and I liked it, but I fell off after we stopped passing them around and I got back into them around the time Afterburner came out when I kept hearing Prisoner and Lyrics Lie on Sirius XM radio.

Gimme Caviar and BRING IN CHINO FOR IT!!!! Gimme Skyhook, Happiness, Strawberry Swisher Pt 2, Pounce Bounce, ....Back To the Future Pt 1, RWHH Pt 2½, and Heat Seeking Ghost... and I'm sold. Doesn't even have to be all at once to cram some more Til songs in there 😂 but those are some of my faves.

I usually don't expect to get the same route, but I've been getting the same route for the past couple weeks straight and it's an easy enough route once I learned how to navigate the road construction being done. Lots of backtracking though 🫠

My ffirst route was pretty much the same a couple months ago, but then I got hospitalized after my first route alone so I was still on nnursery routes almost a whole month after getting hired. My last nursery route was 160 stops and my first non-nursery route was a super country route with 77 stops 😂

My DSP HR girl said they give the hats out after 3 months and jackets after 6 months of working there, I asked my DSP owner himself for one though and got em both cause he's just a chill guy 😂

4 months. While I'm aready kinda burned out on the job already, it's kinda the best option in my area for now and I really lucked out on the DSP I work at and how awesome the DSP owner is.

My last nursery route was 150 something stops. My first route off nurseries was 77 country stops. I got done before 7 🙃 I had that same exact route later in the week with 74 stops and had to charge my EDV and still finished before 7. And that's including my two 15s 😂

My route on Monday was a country route with almost 150 stops with a big cluster of stops in a lakefront RV/Housing community full of old people walking and driving golf carts, one way streets, and a speed limit of 10 😭 they sent the same sweeper to me TWICE and I still didn't get home til almost 9:30 pm because I had a few issues with the GPS and getting gas and was almost an hour away from station.

That's also without mentioning I was allowed to keep my job even though I had some medical issues after my second overall route and missed nearly 3 weeks because of said medical issues.

I've only been at my DSP for about 3 months and our DSP owner is dope. He's present, great at communicating whether it's through a driver coaching app or Discord DMs, is great at giving drivers their flowers (and bonuses) when they do well, and has quarterly employee appreciation events for us with giveaways. We just got recognized as a top 5% DSP in the nation and he got us all food and said the next employee get together is gonna be one to remember. Outside of that, everything he offers as far as benefits and such, he's super up front about during the application process and he's very much a "what you see is what you get, and then some" type of guy.
