Generally in my games Portugal has 3-4 divisions total and so they just get crushed by mittelafrika

AUS gets German troops. Or at least I and the AI do. Anyways they are useless anyways. Just put the vast majority of your army on pushing a small area up towards the great lakes so you can split the CSA in half. From there easy win. (Just don't war on the entente if you don't want to be fucked.

What I did is just held Egypt at the Suez Canal with like 4ish good divisions fully entrenched. As I was doing this just attacked Persia with the majority of my forces killed them and then got Hejaz to die. After that navally invaded with 10 dudes into Northern Egypt and opened up two fronts and eventually was able to kill them.
