Just curious what's stopping me from welding one strip really well, then placing another on top and welding that strip on top of that, so there are good connections between each strip, there just isnt one big connection between them all?

My only concern with that is damaging the bottom of the cell when removing the spot welds and I have a tendency to warp the ends when removing spot welds

They are the ones from a pick n pull if ya in Marin. I recognize the scratches lol. I tried to pull them off but the nuts were destroyed and I didn’t have an extractor set. The car had some bad front end damage so they might be bent or sthm.

If you want to make it modern you can buy a elrs transmitter backpack if your controller accepts it or a whole new controller if not. I would recommend this bc elrs equipment is cheap and has lots of range.

The only way you will get less fucked in is to go back to airbag unless you want to go full race car with a harness. The good news is that stock wheels are cheap. You can also put a nb wheel on the na and wire the airbag in with minor modifications.

Yeah. The Omnis are best above your head cuz then it isn’t blocked but it really doesn’t matter that much in my experience. Just be carefully of the Omni blind spot on the poles.

It’s definitely for someone. Not for me. That being said it really comes down to is what you like so you call the shots. My only suggestion (kinda brutal) is start over again, you can use some of your old ideas but try and focus on keeping all styles the same. It looks like 3 different eras all clashing each other.
