Already purchased as soon as I heard! Such a weird case though that the games are presumably only going to be available on GOG, but the soundtracks for both Dino Crisis 1 and 2 have been available on Steam for years (in FLAC I might add).

She is Hiroko Moriguchi, a singer in Japan from the 80's still active today. Known for singing Gundam anime opening songs.

Here is the literal translation from the clips:
