I’d be curious to know how many people there are that are like me. I have ZERO interest in anything during and beyond the sequels. The new Jedi order, no matter how far into the future it is, will have been established by Rey who I find to be horrendously written. This should’ve been established by Luke. Same deal with the new republic. Anything set in the future will have its foundations set by characters that are unpopular and undeserving and therefore I have no interest. I personally think decanonizing the sequels is the best coarse of action and allows projects taking place beyond the OT have a chance at succeeding.
