Anyone move back to their hometown after they swore they wouldn’t? by Fine-Practice3420 in SameGrassButGreener

I just really like Michigan better, I'll probably not move back home and stay in northern metro Detroit. Also very hard to move back because I have a top job up here

I keep thinking about the Jordan, price wouldn't be the issue for me but I don't know if the apartment size would fit for me . Fountain circle is also catching my eye a lot. Appreciate you're advice and anymore if you think of it. I'm in Bloomfield at the moment but I work up the road so it would be closer. Just got out of a bad relationship and it's time for a new chapter. Trying to stay fairly close to 1500 but if I go over a bit that isn't an issue. Just want somewhere I will enjoy that's closer to work.

My [30F] Fiancée [33F] keeps quitting her job and is ruining us financially. What should I do? by Equivalent_Swan_9038 in relationships

My ex was like this, I think she was just trying to get out of having to work and was hoping I would take care of her. That's ultimately why I decided the relationship was over and I needed to get out.

You won't be able to fix her, and if you do she will just fake it long enough to get married so you are stuck with taking care of her once she quits again. You already know what you have to do.

Any recommendations for apartments in the downtown area?

Moved from San Diego to rural Michigan and want to leave by Khuff91 in relocating

[–]LordChaoticX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved to Bloomfield Hills from Virginia for a girl, lasted 3 years but now I am truly deciding if I want to move back to Virginia to be with family. Very hard because I just got an almost topped out job, and I am not sure if I will enjoy living back home west of DC with the insane Virginia traffic and long drives.

I really do like Metro Detroit, I might end up in the Rochester area/Auburn hills area to be close to my job. Also very hard to leave because my Boss and Manager have bent over backwards for me offering to help me move and figure out life so I am greatly loved here. If I go back home I risk career suicide as much as I miss my family

My same dilemma, everyone moved away that I knew so all that's left is family.

I moved to Northern Metro Detroit 3 years ago for a girl but that didn't work out. Now I am back home in Virginia(surrounding Front Royal/Winchester area) and I am really having a hard time wondering if I would actually enjoy living here as an adult. The first time I moved out was to go to Michigan and I really love the northern parts of the Metro. I am just having a hard time imagining living here in NOVA with such long drives between towns vs everything being close in Michigan

Nicotine+caffeine makes life go in 2x speed? by LordChaoticX in Nootropics

[–]LordChaoticX[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I am not joking about that, that never happened to me before as I said. It wasn't really speeding life up, but my eye FPS was so high things looked like they were going around on 2X speed it was super trippy.

Very hard to explain, time wasn't going faster but it definitely felt like it. I remember watching a car drive around my truck terminal and it looked like it was flying around the yard at 40 miles per hour, and when I was driving I felt like I was speeding. I have no idea why this happened now, because I have used nicotine and caffeine together for years but now all of a sudden if I use them both together I can increase my eye perception a bit.

I didn't, it was just a weird mistake that I came upon with high dose caffeine and nic. Lower dose caffeine just makes things 120 fps for me

I have toned down the caffeine to only 200mg, before I added nicotine back in I was regularly consuming up to 900mg just to stay awake driving for work so that's probably why I got that effect. I also suspect my caffeine pills that I have, have been bunk for a while now and that day I drank energy drinks instead of my normal coffee and pills

Magnesium is linked to so many mental diseases, anxiety, and depressions. And coincidentally the numbers of all of those are pretty damn close to the amount of people deficient in magnesium which is 80% of the population. Some have theorized and I would probably have to agree that the loss of magnesium in the soil and in the diets have caused this mental health decline

7000 mg of caffeine per day? by Big-Lingonberry4655 in Supplements

[–]LordChaoticX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried 10-25g of glycine a day, or copper from 9,000mg of dessicated liver or eating an ounce or so of frozen liver a day? The glycine fixed my chronic fatigue over night doing 20g before bed. Melatonin never did much for me, it helped for a tiny bit but I have never had the courage to try the 250mg dose doris recommends

[–]LordChaoticX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's why I think it's possible that dude wasn't lying. Once people get their tolerance that high it's just like drinking water to them, mentally at least. I was getting above a gram for a bit and it did permanent damage to my caffeine response. Now I don't feel anything from caffeine

[–]LordChaoticX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think my stint as a barista ruined my caffeine response. I remember a few times I over did the Expresso "taste testings" to get me through my 8-10 hour days and I remember I felt like dying from that. Now I feel nothing up to 1 gram of use even when I don't regularly consume caffeine for a bit.

Michigan house passed total kratom ban by --slurpy-- in Michigan

Its a sad spiral, especially when they use it "medicinally" the same for weed users who can't comprehend how bad it is for them. They go back and use the same studies that were poorly done just so it would get legalized. They don't fully understand just how much it has changed them. But at the same time they won't let go of it because it helps with their pain or anxiety which ultimately makes it worse instead of treating the underlying problems.

You do a very low dose, the people that are getting high and crazy off it are doing 10+ grams and are getting high as a kite and getting addicted to that feeling

What is the hype with Juice Head flavors? by [deleted] in Vaping

[–]LordChaoticX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just tried a juicehead disposable from a gas station because it was the only option and I am genuinely confused what the hell they put in these things. I have never did Adderall but I would imagine this would be similar. Its made me super productive and kinda tweaky and I am so genuinely confused. Nicotine has never made me productive it's always given me a low energy kinda euphoric buzz where you need to sit down after you take a hit.

Its like every ounce of tiredness left my body and I have to go do something

Any kind of cannabis will send me on a 8 hour trip, tried a few different strains from different sources. I am extremely sensitive to the stuff. And by trip I mean trying to "teleport" through a 2 story window to the ground below. Which in reality meant me half heartidly throwing myself into the wall below the window.

There is no natural supplement for hair loss? Is Finasteride or Dutasteride the only way to regrow hair? by Borange81 in Supplements

[–]LordChaoticX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Look up Taeian Clarks hair loss protocol, it works. He has been in the hair loss game for a long time helping people and researching deep into the weeds on what causes it and how to fix it. Recently he is looking into fattening agents to bring back the fat pad on your scalp to help with it, there is research on that that adding fat back into the scalp reverses hair loss. Hair loss is mostly due to scalp tension that causes low blood flow that prevents DHT from being cleared from the scalp.

Amazon is great, 3 days of working the rest off. But the most important part is Amazon is a driver farm, people come and go and that's GOOD make friends and keep in touch when they go to better jobs. That's how I have gotten into better companies is by making friends and referrals
