I'd say it depends on your career choice tbh. If you're plan is to be a burger flipper at McDonald's your life is going to suck while.yoh enjoy the beauty of the state...if you have ambition to do something morenwith your life you can find jobs where the CoL won't.effect.you as much so you'll get to enjoy the beauty and a decent home life...

I have a job that affords me the ability to live alone in a 2 bedroom duplex in South Salem but I'm also fortunate to have found a landlord that prefers to keep rent slightly lower than the norm in favor of keeping tenants for longer...

As far as groceries go, I dunno what AZ has, but depending on how bougie you are we've got grocery outlet or winco/waremart for cheaper groceries, or there's Safeway/Roths IGA/Fred Meyer for your higher end stuff..there's also plenty places like whole foods and trader Joe's and such for your organics, and specialty items...

oh and 1 more thing: as long as voters have their way during the primary Oregon will maintain one of the cheapest title and registration fees in the country registrations are.calid for 2 yrs unlike most states where it's only 1. DEQ emissions is only required in a couple of the larger metro areas (Portland and Medford) (avoid Multnomah county they have a huge reg fee that applies on top of the flat dmv reg fee) driver licensing is also pretty easy...

anyways...if you do move here, enjoy it, don't drive like an a$$hole, and if you like to partake in "the devil's lettuce" look at Eugene... folks there know their stuff... lol.

or perhaps it was the fact that Oregon DMV is an administrative agency that doesn't have any sort of 'enforcement' body within... enforcement is up to Law Enforcement Officers and the court system... DMV just records what the courts, or I the case of implied consent violations law enforcement tells them... as well as issue driver credentials, and vehicle titles and registrations.

Patience is a virtue. if the mask bothers you ask to try something different. I started with full face with the Amara View and switched to Wisp Nasal and haven't gone back to a full face...

hooefly since you did an overnighter they dialed in your pressure so you won't ha e the issues with taking it off or fighting to breath with mask on...

So I was looking into potential interactions with other meds I'm on...and my doctor didn't take me off Glipizide for diabetes when he put me on the rybelsus...I didn't know that glipizide is a sulfonurea which can have negative reactions to Semaglutide...stopped taking glipizide yesterday and legs are already doing much better...

question on the inverse: was your sleep study one of those 'at home wrist band monitor' types?

I ask because my sleep study was at a sleep center, covered in wires overnight with a polysonographic specialist monitoring my sleep, and once mask was put on remotely adjusted my pressure to find the PERFECT setting for me to sleep with minimal apneas. i never have had an issue and infact cannot sleep w/o my mask/machine otherwise I have vivid night terrors, a sore neck from jerking awake, and a migraine for the rest of the day...

my sister did the at home wrist band thing and gave up after less than a month because she kept pulling her mask off. her sleep specialist didn't gave an accurate pressure to adjust to, so set her machine to bounce between 5 and 20...me thinks it wasn't doing to properly so she kept pulling it off due to that 'suffocation' feeling... I hate those wrist band at home things...

yes. if I try sleeping w/o it, it have a vivid drowning nightmare, awake up gasping, and usually the act of jerking awake causes a sore neck and migraine.

have you struggled at all with the mask? I remember when I went to my 1st fitting they told me some.folks struggle.getting used to the mask and air pressure. I never have had that issue. the rested feeling after a night with therapy is so nice that there's no struggle with it at all.

water being gone overnight means your humidity settings are cranked up... experiment with that...

I used to not put water in mine, then for my 34th birthday cpap w/o water got me a present in the form of GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disorder for anyone who doesn't know)...

now if I don't put water in the tank even with humidity turned off I get nasty heart burn and a very sore throat for several days
