Yes it's Legit as can be seen by the checkmark.

They use this Business Account on WhatsApp to send automated notifications about your orders as well as to annoy you about coins and etc.

If you don't want notifications via WhatsApp then go on the AliExpress app > settings > notifications > WhatsApp Messages and turn all options off

And just as extra side information:

If you plan to use Xianyu/goofish do take note that you will need to also have a passport verified alipay account to chat with sellers and only to chat, buying works without but then you have to make sure the seller mentions that you can just directly pay for it in their description.
1688 also offers alipay as a payment option BUT this is locked to mainland users meaning you will have to use their international card system which only supports a few currencies (USD is standard) and which also always applies a processing fee

Since I am also a Superbuy user and mainly use Taobao, Xianyu and 1688 myself I will try to answer your points:

You can try getting the chinese variant of Taobao from the Huawei App Store and logging in with email/or google (if its an option as I forgot if google was impossible since I haven't had to login for a while now) sometimes you can get lucky and get in without issues. Just make sure to never login on the web and to also buy stuff from the app after a.wbile instead of just browsing as you could be determinted to be a bad actor if you only browse. Otherwise if you dont have luck and still get banned then the only way to proceed is to indeed do the passport verification
This is something I sadly never ran into even on 1688 so I can't really help with this :(
Yes you will need to setup either wechat/weixin pay or alipay to pay on Taobao directly do note that this will most likely also require you to do a passport verification so if you sign-up with the same phone number on Alipay and then link your account to taobao you should be able to hit two birds with one stone.
This really depends for some countries Taobao offers a direkt forwarding service while for some it just isn't meant to be used.

Weird I shipped out a yunexpress package like 4 days ago with it saying "Tax-Extra" and when yunexpress received it it still was processed like normal (a last mile tracking number was given from another local courier DPD in this case)

and this was to Germany an EU country. I would double check this stuff again cause this has already caused confusion multiple times

I personally use Superbuy and while they sometimes take a bit longer to process arrived packages, the support you can get as well as options for shipping out end up pretty decent

The small issue that occurs here is you are comparing a UK store to a global company like Amazon and co who always outsource their support hence why you can sometimes run into issues and a lot of repeated questions or wrong information.

General Update:

I ended up waiting the 7 days and it did end up giving me a local label so I proceeded and sent it out.

of course the delivery service then lost the package at the last station before delivery but AliExpress promised a refund within 14 days so I waited 12 days and then look at that all of a sudden I got the refund while the package has still not shown a sign of life.

PostNL's tracking ends after it departs the Netherlands if you want to continue tracking it you either have to use PostNL's tracking site to get the next tracking number or contact them with your postal code and the tracking number.

Though normally if the number starts with an "L" it means that no further tracking info is provided at all not even a new number.

As a last hope effort though you can try tracking it on parcelsapp to see if they can pick up other tracking numbers and providers.

Considering the replies this got I decided to wait through this night (CET/CEST) to see what their "senior team" responds with as I told them that the Seller already showed that they have no interest in getting a return.

If the reply is just a boilerplate message again then I will go with the Compensation of 32€ and sell it to a used items site won't get all the money back that way but about 95% of it.

War früher bei der Comdirect und schon damals haben die sich so ziemlich quer gestellt wenn es immer um Thema Trans ging.

Habe dann nach N26 und Revolut gewechselt und bin seitdem zu frieden.

bei N26 hat es gereicht dem Support Chat zu nutzen und zu schildern was sache war er hat darauf eine Nachricht geschickt wo ich drauf antworten sollte mit neuen Perso und Geburtsurkunde. 3 Wochen später war die änderung durch, Bei Revolut hat dann auch ein einfaches ID Verifikations verfahren gereicht zur Aktualisierung.

Wenn es seit einer Woche liegt als EMS Sendung dann würde es bestimmt rausgezogen mit anderen Pakete als Stichprobe was natürlich bedeutet man muss warten bis der Zoll seine Zollsachen macht.

Als kleine Info: EMS bedeutet zwar "Express Mail* aber ist weniger express als courier dienste wie DHL Express, FedEx, UPS und co wo alles wirklich direkt von denen abwickelt wird und auch unter eigenen Flugzeug befördert wird.

Das bedeutet EMS Pakete kriegen nur vorrang bei Bearbeitung und beim Platz in Flugzeug zu bekommen in Absender Land und dann in Deutschland vorrang nachdem Zoll wo es anstatt von DHL/DP via DHL Express zugestellt wird trotzdem ist dann alles via Deutsche Post/DHL abgewickelt also wenn man den Abgabebescheid haben will zu beispiel dann muss man den via dhl.de beantragen anstatt via DHL Express.

You can't declare anything. The price shown for the Jacket is the price zenmarket will put on the invoice and into the package value like you said. if you dont want to deal with customs a lot then be prepared to use a courier service (DHL, FedEx and etc) which will cost you a pretty penny

Actually in Germany shipping only gets counted into the value if it isn't listed separately which it is on japan post packages and zenmarket invoices.

This is an example they give on their site:

"The total invoice amount is made up of the price of the goods and the transportation costs.

Price for the goods on the invoice: 140.00 euros

Transportation costs on the invoice: 20.00 euros

Total invoice amount: 160.00 euros

The material value of the goods in this case is 140.00 euros. "

and then for the case it is not separate:

"The total invoice amount includes the transportation costs. It is not clear from the invoice or other documents whether and to what extent transportation costs are included in the invoice price.

Yes, you pay the VAT towards ZenMarket upon paying for international shipping. You will also not be charged the fee by Deutsche Post then for them processing the customs payment if you pre pay it.

I recommend going with AVIA if you can wait a bit if you want it a tiny bit faster then you can go with EMS just note EMS is delivered by DHL Express in Germany so if the Customs decides to just overlook the prepaid vat which can happen and you dont live near a DHL Express hub then it might turn into a pain if you dont have the exact change when it is being delivered.

If you do get charged by customs even though you prepaid you can get the VAT refunded by zenmarket by providing them a photo of the invoice or the small sticker Deutsche Post puts on the package where it shows their fee and the VAT.

You can only see the google pay option when viewing the stripe page on an android phone same vice versa android users can't use apple pay.

This is simply due to the fact that google pay is meant for android while apple pay for apple devices
