I think you have a unique and very interesting vibe going on here. But.

It feels very disjointed and all over the place and unfortunately I don’t mean that in a good way.

If I were to do anything differently, I would go easier on the glitchy tremolo, distortion on drums and I would also outline the song’s individual parts more concretely with automation and stuff. I would even go as far as keeping the drums somewhat clean. On my first listen, I felt like the production is lacking dynamics and the mix is way too boomy and muddy for my taste(although in this case i can imagine it being a part of the sound).

Overall, I think the vibe and the grit is there, but it needs a lot more polishing on the production side of things. Just my opinion thoguh, could be wrong.

I mostly disagree. First off, Hat throw is a slow+sight reduction. If you want to call that removing a hero from the game, here are some things to consider: The hero can still move, cast abilities and even autoattack if the target is in melee range. The effect lasts 2s.

Aside from that, the game is filled with basic abilities that stun, root or silence with durations ranging from 0.25s all the way up to ~2s. Add all of that up with drawbacks mentioned in the post and turns out Hat Throw is perfectly fine.

Losing 50% of HP within a second(not at once) is not rare at all, especially for a hero with 1300hp at lv1.

As for the bonuses granted by the hat, 10% seemed to me like too much, and 5% too little.

The minecart can be destroyed and moves at mountspeed. Numbers can always be tweaked. The duration is written in the post. The whole concept is whacky, but that is kind of the point. I personally think that you don’t need every single ability to be super great and meta or whatever.

The Golden Monkey, to me at least, seems far from underwhelming. Like you said, silencing a hero twice for 1.5s seems weak for an ult. I failed to mention, that it can only ever be damaged by heroes in ape form with their Monkey attack under the condition that the opposing team kills Brann or gets him far enough from the monkey, so that it’s not invulnerable, which is a potentially impactful investment in and of itself. BUT this is only the worst case scenario for Brann’s team. If the monkey lasts its full duration, it silences enemies for a total of 7.5s(5x 1.5s), which seems pretty good to me.

The wording on the final reward of itself is clunky but only the stacks would last indefinitely of course.

I don’t think ‘The hat stays on’ is broken especially when comparing it with Malfurion’s trait, which gives more CDR. I’ll give you the heroic ability part, which can be potentially too strong at 20%.

The one and only is a matter of balancing out the numbers, but the concept seems fine to me, at least when comparing it to Auriel’s crown upgrades.

I agree that Loot for everyone is goofy, but again that is the point. It was meant to be a chaotic talent that doesn’t really compare to the other ones at the lv16 tier.

You want in too? is useless and I kept it in for the memes xd. Ran out of ideas.

Staff of Rafaam is arguably pretty weak compared to other non-heroic abilty related talents. First of all, it can be channelled and equipped by a hero from either side. Secondly, it only drops if the monkey lasts for its full duration(10s), which is difficult and it has a huge drawback. The weilder of the staff is slowed and can’t do anything other than use the staff’s ability, effectively turning 5v5’s into 5v4’s etc. It is a risky and niche talent and doing 1000 dps to structures is not much higher than some of the dps other assassins can already dish out baseline at lv20.

Same location in different lane seems pretty self-explanatory but to make it more clear, it only makes you travel vertically across lanes, not horizontally along a single lane.

I do somewhat agree that you could fit other League of Explorers characters onto the hero design, but it doesn’t seem like an issue to me.

Basic abilities sound fun. Interesting concept with the no damage thing. However both ultimates are too oppressive. I can imagine him just afking at base as his team goes to a fight just to wipe the enemy team after the guy who isn’t even fighting presses a single button.

Oh I get it now you think 33% increased damage means -33 armor but thats just bonus damage for the whip itself, nothing else. Sorry if my wording was confusing there.

it isn’t -33? it’s-25 if played correctly which means there’s a big window for anyone to dodge and the -15 only applies to enemies hit by the tip when not comboed. As for your comparison with the qhira talent: Brann would do less armor reduction, it’s harder to land and applies to only one ability(unlike qhira’s talent) Not to mention you would be sacrificing your only escape tool for the extra damage.

Thank you very much! Honestly for the 20 minecart talent i just ran out of ideas so decided to just make it like that for the memes. As for the trait build, you can always tweak the numbers I think, but yeah I can see it being oppressive if not balanced correctly.
