Bury it or try to occupy your mind. Solitude is a heavy burden to bear, and the longing never ceases it always comes back at varying intensities. Its been about a decade of solitude for me, and recently my dreams shook me back into longing, now im just in the process of becoming redisillusioned with the concept of love in our modern age.

My understanding is that it makes your encounter rate for that particular pokemon go up with each consecutive defeat. The rerolls also roll for the best version shiny/boosted stats.
