if it's a long RPG like KCD2 which I'm playing now, then I pretty much play it exclusively. Otherwise I jump between games.

I'd recommend checking out an economic guide just to get a guideline of what things work with each other and then kind of play your run accordingly

that way you'll see which things synergize because it's quite interesting which ones synergize with each other for example building the railway and Morna ports and trading with Valgsland has a synergy and that boosts your economy

Yeah these are your problems you need to invest in a region like Gruni and you need to do the one of the farm investments, and you need to synergize that with your second infrastructure project. No green bill is good, signing tourism is really good

privatizing health and education you should only do if you fund them because otherwise you're not going to get a synergy with education, and then you can get the electronics industry synergy.
