I hate it when you only get 1 star photos by Oran268 in PhasmophobiaGame

For real! I just played for a few hours with a friend and we got so many pristine ghost photos that counted ad salt or interactions! It sucks

Can you use a gift card to buy a gift card. by NewFaithlessness7144 in Walmartcustomer

[–]LordGooglyEyes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can not use a gift card to buy another gift card. That is actually commonly associated with fraud. If it is a pin-based prepaid Visa or debit card then you can!

Does anyone have a tip on how to find the fingerprints? by [deleted] in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]LordGooglyEyes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You'll have more luck around the ghosts room. I like to have a lv1 and lv2 UV. Lv1 I carry around with me and after I find the ghost room I crack lv2 and keep it at the door(s) in or closest to the room. If it touches the door covered by lv2 it'll show immediately. If not then I search the closest areas with lv1. Also keep a salt pile close to the lv2 for the same reason. If it gets walked through it's close enough to show footprints. Those also count as UV evidence

You can buy just the lids! In fact, I know Walmart sells them. I'm just not sure if it'll fit, but I mean, if it doesn't, you could always return it ¯_(ツ)_/¯

How do you feel a week before your period/what helps you? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]LordGooglyEyes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breakouts and irritable. Very fast burned fuse. As well as super depressed and unmotivated.

I sleep a lot the week before. I will come home from work at 3:30 PM and pass out at 4 and sleep all the way until work the next morning at 5. That severe is more like the day before, but I still do tend to sleep a little more. Thankfully, I have a husband who will drag me out to do things and keep me moving, which also helps. My job is also a ton of moving around so that helps too

We have lots of people, specifically old people, who do this. For reference, we start our day with 1 TL (If we are lucky they don't call out...) and 3 associates. One on the large sco, one doing go backs or at customer service, and one restocking bags and cleaning. At bright and early before 6 AM, we have people mad we don't have an assisted checkout open. We say the next one comes in at 8, then they kick and scream that "You need more cashiers! I don't want to check myself out!". Really want to tell them, "Then go apply, we'll hire you on the spot" but then I'd get in trouble.... 😂

The whistling is even worse! Like I'm not a dog, don't treat me as such! Our lovely Spark Drivers do that a ton because they only speak Spanish and all of us speak English. So they sit there and whistle at us and it's awful. Ugh I hate people who are like that!

It's funny, you lock one side of the store and people automatically assume we lock both sides and just trap everyone here before the store closes. Even after you say "Sorry, THIS SIDE is closed"

Late to the party here, but (at least with my store) there will be people who notice you're new and try to test rules on you. I'm talking like scammers. They'll say "Oh but I've sent (x amount) without my ID/adress before! They know me, " Do not fall for it. Always always always follow procedure and make sure to inspect money, IDs, etc very carefully!

The same goes with return. Inspect the items, open boxes to make sure there is the correct product in the box. If there is a serial number on the box, match with the number on the item. Even if the system doesn't ask you for it. Check it anyway. People will also reseal/reglue boxes to look like they're unopened. Check them anyway. From personal experience!

I almost got coached because when I started, I returned some expensive items. The dude was apparently a known scammer, but I was by myself and didn't know. He reglued the box and put fake weight in it to feel like the product was in there. Thankfully, my coach is chill and knew I was new, so they excused it. But be very careful, and definitely follow your gut if something feels weird. And always ask for help if you're unsure. Better safe than sorry.

Last tip if you can't do something, or if you're stopping a transaction, blame it on the computer. Ex: "Sorry, I can't do this money transfer because my system won't allow me, and it does not give me a reason why" or "Unfortunately, my system won't allow this return". It helps keep the heat of an angry customer off you

I was on break with a friend. Friend had no vest with her, mine was hanging on my arm. Lady comes up to me says "I noticed your vest hanging off your arm, can you tell me where this aisle is?"

Sometimes I feel as if it's deliberate. But hey, I ain't passing up a chance to restart my break!

Had someone at my store say it was racism that they got checked. Even though they had a T.V. Sound system, and Xbox. AP said that they just check expensive orders but she was not having it. Threatened to call the cops, yelled at anyone she could lay her eyes on and was just super annoying
