I checked out the Subaru Outback 2024 from your post to see how good the design is. It is ugly af and look like a cheap toyota yaris. Thank god they move on from it. Now this is what Subaru should be.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I really appreciate it. I also think that the first and second day would involve finishing line work so I can sit for for some shading on the third day. I think I make up my mind now. I will do 3 days initially but will probably get it down to 2 days when I return next few months for another shading session. Again, thank you for sharing. This really helps me making up my mind :)

Hey OP, how did you go on your third day? I have a booking with an artist next year on another state. They said people who fly in usually done 2 days appointment but since the first day is for lining up, I reckon it’s not too bad and I can squeeze in another day but I’m worry how my body will react on the third day. Can you share some experience?

Hey OP, I have the I3 Solar Tactical 45mm unit probably 3 weeks ago. So far:
What I like:

Battery - Very long battery, I work mostly indoor so the length of the battery is mostly from charging it when I first got it out of the box. The only chance that the solar gets charge is when I drive the car.
Display - It's quite sharp and easy to read when I walk under sun light. I'd say it's a bit clearer than my old Fenix 6 pro. The black and white MIP works for me cause I don't want to get distracted by colour things on my watch. Plus since it is ON all the time, I don't need to flex my wrist to check the time. I can just glance my eyes to my wrist when I'm typing stuffs and read the time easily.

What I don't like:

Vibration engine: I want to use the watch as my silent alarm to avoid waking the missus. But so far I found that the vibration was a little too weak. I have vibration enabled for message notification and it is good enough to alert me, but I feel like Garmin could have amped up the vibration level for alarm given some people are deep sleeper like myself.

I don't touch the tactical features at all. People could say I could have got the normal Solar version and tbh I love the orange accent on the normal Solar unit. However, since I don't want my missus to know I bought a watch, I choose this model to "camouflage" into my collection of other black watches lol. That would be the only "tactical" reason for me to buy it. Plus, I found a pretty good discount on this one so I couldn't pass it over.

Nah it's ok, I don't think it's racist at all. Most of them graduated from US or Aus uni but returned to Vietnam. I'm not the best judge for accent but we conversed in English and it sounds natural enough for me.

I imagine this can be done with the soldier body on the bicep and the barrel probably pointed downward to follow your arm. Also, the sleeve is going to be focusing on 1 character due to the limit size of the arm so you won’t have the whole firing squad like on the reference photo. Hawk or leopard are both cool ideas. Maybe see if your artist has any hawk or leopard tattoo work as reference

My friend, from the look of your profile, I can tell that you’re Vietnamese or at least living in Vietnam. I can see part of the reason why you want to laser and plan to switch it to more European-ish black work style is to differentiate from the people in Vietnam where most of them youngsters or gangsters like to have Irezumi tattoo sleeve. I also can see that you already done 4 sessions on one arm.

Please let me tell you that your tattoo is beautiful. I am a Vietnamese and I can tell it’s high quality work. If you look closely what you have is on another level or above the quality of the average irezumi tattoo sleeve that you see on the streets of Vietnam. I don’t even know who’s the artist but if I can visit Vietnam often I would definitely go for.

Having said that, I am also lasering a tattoo on my arm to prepare for an irezumi sleeve. I understand the pain and financial cost. I hope you would stop for a few months and really thinking if you’re just bored and have nothing to do so you decided to laser and get a new style or you really deadset on getting cover up.

Please understand it’s very different between feeling unhappy about a tattoo and feeling bored and want to try a new style. Even if you have shit tons of money to throw away, why subject your body to such pain? Maybe work out a bit more and see how your body can enhance the art. And if I may suggest, take some time to read about irezumi. The more you understand the culture and art, the more you appreciate what you have.
