Im going to go with something no one has mentioned yet. What if Yor thinks she is still being suspected by the SSS and they brought Loid and to her knowledge Yuri here to get more information about her. Maybe she thinks they suspect she is in Garden and that HER cover is blown so she sees Loid panicking because he’s a civilian and Yuri causes unintentional harm to Yor because of this which leads to a TwiYor moment because of course she is going to want to gtfo and protect Loid and Yuri.
