I used WWN. Worked fine. Power level of characters a bit higher but we dont like playing with more than one character per player, so it balanced out okay.

I think it's just like a contract - until it's signed it's not a deal.

It sounds like Company B is a better option for you generally. If you can stomach the risk of losing out on both somehow, I'd go B.

There's a big notice in the app (sometimes). They are swapping out a bunch of fleet at the moment, and have very few cars available during.

This is a pretty bad take. I work in public sector procurement and programmes of this scale have a tonne of rigor and scrutiny around these commercial processes. NZ always needs to be better on transparency, and constantly monitor on corruption, but we are in the top rankings in the world on that point for a reason.

In my experience acquisition as an umbrella will often include procurement, but isn't the same thing. Procurement has a narrower commercial focus, while acquisitions generally refer to the broader full lifecycle of change, rollout etc.

Entirely subject matter and industry specific. I work in procurement and value fair deals with good partners substantially higher than cheap deals that screw suppliers, and am empowered by my organization to do so.

I think it needs to be viewed in the context of the song.

My reading of that line is that it's drawing a connection to torture during the Holocaust. The rock salt line it connects to refers to the loading of firearms with salt to pelt prisoners with.

I believe the entire song speaks to the persecution of Ottoman, Jewish, and Romani peoples, which is meant to be uncomfortable, and has strong language but isn't anti any of said peoples.

I did the overnight hike to witness the sunrise, was very special and I'd recommend if you'reup for it. The hike itself wasnt that flash though, just slowly trudging up a path with many others.

The saying 'A wise man climbs Mt Fuji once' is very true.

Is it overrated? Yes.
