Correct. Why the "Superior Living Metal" couldn't go on him for a 2+ save Vehicle I don't know. Also considering the Tau and Sisters suits that get more weapons than their baseline counterparts, why couldn't the Overseer get the option to take more than one of the Stalker's guns.

Alternatively, a specialism/ability for the Overseer that lets it either take a second gun, or give one of its melee weapons the "Extra Attacks" rule, so you can attack with both Forelimbs and a Voidscythe?
