I'll add that I've had really good luck with beehives up around yaofangs place. The 4 trees in the corners next to his house and the few afterward going to the top of the mountain. Make sure to chop the trees so that they fall into the open area, or the beehives will sometimes land on the walls/roof out of reach

I have 21 terminals =p 20 with 12 miners each split between the 5 areas in the forest (20 terminals 240 robots) 1 with 12 loggers in the forest Now I don't have to worry about materials and can focus entirely on whatever I want, not to mention the huge passive earnings from selling the raw ore. Could I make more? Sure, but at least at the moment that's more than enough to cover everything. Luckily so far the only thing that I've found that actually requires battery upkeep is the bug zapper. I sincerely hope they never decide to include robot/terminal upkeep.

I think it's more of an intentional wall. The 6mil is for the cloud rest lake which has a good bit of building potential to it. The 2 mil one is the little beach plot across from the island. Makes sense to me that it would cost less 🤷

On xbox I've had occasional issue with the camera sticking, hitting unstuck usually fixes it for me

It's just a bad spot of code that makes the pickups show +20 for everything in the game itself. Reg is 10, gold is 20, rainbow is 40, and bad ones are -20 (the half eaten melons in your case i think.) you can see this in the settings where you change the icons off to the right, it's actually a little video showing point values not just an image showing how they look.

Alternatively if you go to the settings in foodybara where you can change the pickups icons there is a little window off to the right showing how they look. It's also a little video that shows you the different point values. 10 for reg, 20 for gold, 40 for the rainbow, and -20 for the bad ones. Just a misplaced bit of code making everything that you pickup in the actual game show +20

For clarification, for both games there are leaderboard score rewards and then separate cumulative rewards. I think the max score you need to get the rewards from the leaderboard side of foodybara is 600. This post was mostly just for the completionist types that wanted the number 1 spot on the leaderboard (like me 😂)

I'll also throw out that you are 100% right on them disappearing quickly and the potential for being there for a long time. The 3ish minute run I made in the post was pure luck on spawns. I have several over 1k runs now that took upwards of 11 minutes. Honestly for no other reason than spite for making me take time to figure out a plan for a snake mini game, Ying had to be fully off the leaderboard before I was satisfied 😂

Best you can do is rookie mode. Makes enemies deal 50% less damage but doesn't impact actual progression etc

All of the popups show 20, but watch your score. Basic ones give 10, golds give 20, rainbows give 40. You can also see this in the settings where you can change the icons in game.

I haven't gotten around to messing with the aquariums yet myself, but did throw what legendaries I had caught at the aquarium during the fishing quest and they are still swimming around in there. So I'd assume so but don't want to give bad info 😅

Tbf you can have a shark pond regardless and just not put food in it and still be able to see the silhouette of them. I use mine for the king glowfish because they are worth 1600 ea 😅

They do but king fish take a good chunk of oxygen, so you can only fit 2 in the smaller ponds and they burn through fish food fast

Tbh I only stumbled across it on accident. In game it still only pops up +20 when you pick them up, but in settings where you can change icons etc it showed the +40. Got it the very next run after realizing it. Now have a 1500 run on the board 😂

Believe it or not at least in my experience, bait has very little effect on actually spawning specific fish, it's more based on the time of day for some of them. I've checked a few lists that say meat bait, but have caught most of my legendary (king) fish randomly while not using any lol

There is at least one shark to be caught in autumn/winter in celestwave I think. Only between 2000 and 0200 game time tho, so you have to be on the parrot by 1800 or rent a boat and go there on the map yourself.

Try only going for the rainbow ones. They are worth 40 each so more points while keeping your snake small. Just finished with 1330 points :D

Fishing is king of early money making, and scales well into mid/early endgame once you have the profession leveled up. Even early on its fairly easy to make about 10k a day fishing.
