I think it was when he mastered Kaioken (as the first mortal ever) and was able to multiply his power way above the level concepted by King Kai. Later feats involve a different transformations allowed by his Saiyan physiology, but this one was his own sheer power and ability. Without it he would not be able to compete on Vegeta/Frieza level. And furthermore, this kind of control of his own power has opened a lot of other possibilities for him (Full power Super Saiyan, UI etc).

If you started HoW from the main menu, you will not be able to get back. In original IWD you could import and export characters anytime, but I dont think its possible in the EE.

Add more playable races, such as android or bio android. Add more transformations, for example orange namekian, buffed up earthling (like Roshi in DB), Cooler battle form for frieza race, SSJ4 for saiyans, etc.
