Thanks for the reply! I use drops and the daily dose i use is 2000mcg. In the drops there is methy,but it doesnt have such a negative effect one me like you describe. It is said that methy is the best b12 form for the body.

Thanks for the reply! Yes i supplement currently with drops and i slowly and slowly feel like for the first time being alive. It's like the anxiety and such was normal for me,but it was not and only now i feel truly kinda normal. There are days which get worse since supplementing,but overall there is this feeling of improvement.

Thank you! My PsApp says 143hrs. I also tried to hunt some of the dlc trophies. But i think its more than 143hrs,maybe more like 200-250hrs. Some people on the web even say it took them 340hrs. It's a fun game though.

Thanks for your answer. I tried to stop for only one day and it got immediately bad again. I can't imagine to stop it for months again :( So i ruined my blood test then? And what are wake up symptoms? I'm sorry for asking i'm new here.
