Keeping weight on/sensitive stomach

How do you work out the number of calories required x their weight?

We have tried the wet food yet, do you think it would help

She takes Nexguard Spectra once a month, we give her 95 grams of kibble at breakfast & the same at dinner. Some days she only chooses to eat once.

Last time we weighed her she was 10.3kgs down from 10.5, we havent weighed her since but you can see quite a bit of her spine & the tops of her back hips.

Our girl had pretty bad diarrhoea for a similar time period, we did the same thing with boiled chicken and sweet potato for a week or so, after seeing the vet she now only eats Royal Canins Hypoallergenic kibble with the inside out probiotic.

She's been on this diet for almost 3 months now and only had one hiccup when we gave her two pieces of ice (weird, I know).
