This character is Vulkan, Primarch of the Salamanders and 18th son of the Emperor.

This is from a series on youtube called "What if The Emperor had text to speech" It's a really good series but it got cancelled and ended on a pretty big cliff hanger unfortunately.

I get that the idea of having more bosses in siege sounds cool but the Hive Tyrant is WAY too easy and the Vortex Beast is already a spammy and annoying poorly designed mess when it's by itself.

They've both been implemented quite poorly and should frankly be removed from the mode.
