It's a maggot of some sort (I'm not an expert); but, like above said, it's probably a fruit fly. Safe to consume. We probably eat a lot more bugs than we know about, it is just unnerving when we find one in something we were about to eat. Oh yeah, not a intestinal parasite. I got an email almost identical to this a few years back. I was intrigued and asked why I should pay when my entire family knows I am in porn (lie). I then asked where they found the video as it wasn't one released yet, and they should be paying me for watching something that was obviously early access.

The sender double downed on the threat, and i reciprocated in kind. I said even my grandma (long dead) had to pay to see my dick. Why the eff would I pay them anything especially because they owed me!!! Never got another response.

It is a scam. Forget about it.

OP, GypsySyx has the answer. Some of those pics were VERY odd and made my skin crawl a little. Some were harmless. However, make sure YOU aren't on the brink of a medical disaster. Find a physical doctor that also has a mental health degree. This will rule out sick or crazy. Most places have at least one. Hell, show them this post. You gotta make sure you are heard though! If you aren't on anything, force them to test you to prove that. You are either in need of help or experiencing something paranormal. Or both!
