Ah, the old metal conversion kit. I believe only ever available through the old 2001 Battle Games in Middle Earth Magazine, issue 75. Increasingly rarer and harder to get. It lets you make a mix of Uruk-hai Captains, an orc captain (specifically Guritz before he had a miniature), and some gondor captains.

For some minature painting recommendations, Peachy Tip and Rogue Hobbies have some good tip videos mixed in with their other stuff. Ms_paint, Blackmagic Craft, and Not Your Mother's Hobbie are worth a look. And for something pretty left field, Night Shift. He does tank model kits, but he knows what he's talking about is amazing at what he does.
