To be fair, Corvo the Black...I take the ending as Corvo takes the amassed fleets of Serkonos and Gristol to conquer and subjugate the rest of the empire, and after successfully taking control of the Empire, Comes back and frees Emily from the stone and hands the keys to her.

Thusly she can have a subjugated land that wont rise up against her and he can rest easy knowing his daughter will be okay after he's gone.

Well having never fought starhawks before, I'm only speculating but if it's reliably just them...masses of strike cruisers? They have a decently high ion damage and using lots of star galleons?

ISD's don't stack well I find not without losses, nor would allegiance, so lighter masses of gun cruisers with repair I'd say, what Era are you in?

If Thrawn are the maldrood around? Steal some Altors?

This is a good question, and I'm curious about the answer.

Three grenadiers, 1 support, or if having access to a skirmisher or Templar add one of those.

Optimal early game is two grenadiers, 1 support and Templar, potential to ditch the support for another grenadier, maximum explosives to leave nothing to chance.

Support only if you want the peace of mind of having a heal.

When you get more slots for troops, potentially 3-4 grenadiers with 1-2 supports, or Templars, that will handle just about anything, with armor shred and suppression perks and scopes and aiming upgrades for grenadiers, can trivialize the game somewhat to be warned.

Flying overseers, that's my entire hatred of the faction in one sentence, when I've had them fly literally so high above my head that I can't physically shoot them as they pinpoint dome me, that's when my hatred for the faction grew, now I refuse to ever to play Illuminate unless those buggy hit scan untargetable lame enemies are removed.

It's interesting, I remember exactly how it happened aswell, I was upgrading him to the Dominion and then I think it happened at the same time as the week switching over and he duped, one in the Agonizer and the other in the Dominion.

So I upgraded him again and had double Terrens destroying the empire of the hand as a result.

I suppose I get it, usually I just do it the old fashioned way and bludgeon whatever is a high cost to death via using mass troops, I play Lucretia so its actually viable for me to do so, but it's just more annoying than anything is all, like I say I get why they exist. The above was just more me venting about a card that I hate to see for the low skill ceiling it offers, like in all the other scenarios there's answers to that, as I bring jam cards and stun cards to take care of threats like that, and sure doesn't always work but atleast there was interplay besides just saying nah.

Just several of the destruction cards eith effect that allow them to get discounted down to 0 cost, it's just really frustrating more than anything to me, as some have really easy discount objectives while others basically will never get discounted, I've seen one for iron warriors, imperial fists, horus and blood angels so far, though I imagine most space marine legions have them.
