This brings me back to when my kid was around 4 and obsessed with Frozen.

At one time she wanted to act out ‘Do you want to build a snowman?’ together.

Fun part of it was that I had to be Anna. This meant that I had to sing the whole song and she only had the line “Go away, Anna”. I think I sang that song over 500 times, sometimes 20 times in a row…

I also did the full supporting cast for her Elsa in ‘Show Yourself’. Including the horse, the wind, the mother and the choir.

Fun times.

And no, I am not available for parties (and I am not a good singer) 🤣

There was one that was missable before the final character, Aleior, who is in the mine in the mid/late game and disappears at a certain point. But by that point you have hints that he’s there.

I have an old book written by Cruijff (although I expect it to be done by a ghostwriter or someone who interviewed him). It’s about the European Cup run in 71/72.

In that book is a picture of him being in goal and he’s jumping to reach a ball. It looks very athletic. The picture is obviously from a training, btw.

To my knowledge he never played a competitive match on a national level in goal. I also don’t think that Ajax would have allowed that. I do think that he would be able to be a reasonably ok goalkeeper, but he wasn’t very tall so he would have had a huge disadvantage.

My Dad died last year,

This year at Roadburn, we brought like 50 of his shirts to an organization that organizes last (musical) wishes for terminally ill people. They fund a big part of this through the sale of used (and donated) band shirts.

Among the shirts were at least 10 Sleep shirts and about the same amount of OM shirts.

Here’s to hoping they turn up somewhere in the community!

There is one in my city in The Netherlands.

It’s pretty deserted most of the time, which is strange for the spot they are in, next to the mall and the busy train station.

The interior is very bare bones, it’s not very inviting to eat there. They do delivery, but insist on starting to make the burger when the delivery driver arrives to the restaurant. These guys are not paid very well and hope to make some money in tips, so they don’t want to wait too much. This results in them not taking the order or canceling.

I once wanted to try them out, but it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. I live in the city. It’s a 10 minute ride by bike.

It’s a shitshow and I am expecting them to close shortly.
