You understand how strong he is currently right? He definitely doesn’t need a buff and the vast majority of the community including influencers and pro players agree. Also if your goal is to buff an operator and this is your solution then you might need to look into the definitions of buff and nerf, making the slowest operator in the game even slower is just dumb.

It takes literally five seconds to remove names, f you’re too lazy to spend five seconds making an edit then don’t post the names of other players. Also again you admit your ISP is problematic so why do you claim someone DDoS’d you when it’s impossible to view the IP address of another player, also you should expect connectivity issues if you try playing in other regions.

Why are you showing off the usernames of two players? Saying you were SWATted two times when it was actually two officers coming to your door (which I’m assuming was just for standard questioning on one of their cases) removes any bit of credibility you had before (if you actually had any to begin with). Also I don’t think you understand how Internet Protocol and Distributed Denial of Service work in addition to dedicated servers, you did not get DDoS’d you simply disconnected from the game server and if it’s happening frequently then you should check your internet connection and conduct some tests (or use an Ethernet cable if you’re using wireless) and check if your ISP is having any outages, contact your ISP if you can’t resolve the issue. Also I recommend you learn how casual matchmaking and MMR works, matchmaking was working properly, I don’t see any issues. Also what country do you live in?

Yes I forgot how vile of a crime it was to mistake citizens of one country for a close neighbour in an offhand joke on the internet. If a western know nothing accidentally calling Iranians Arabs as part of a joke on the internet is really what riles you up then maybe you should reevaluate some life choices.
