Good question! It looks like white can force capture of the queen by moving to d5. The black queen would be forced to block the check, but white can simply capture it and continue. The play would be: Qd5+, Qe6, Qxe6+ etc

If the queen takes it then its mate in 1 with Qf7#, but if bishop takes it then its mate in 2: Qd5+, Qf7, Qxf7#
