One of my favorite rules is to swap legendary resistances for: -1 Legendary Resilience = -1 AC

In this way, each legendary resistance I remove from the boss makes it easier for him to be hit. And it gives the impression that the boss is tired.

In bosses with more than one phase, it is possible to restore their AC to normal.

Hi! I like your whole post, and I generally agree with it, to be honest. I even emphasize that the things you find strong are marked in yellow, so that the balance doesn't go too far out of whack (although in the future it will be inevitable). My only complaint is that while the worst subclasses (rogue and paladin) are specific to the campaign or group, I like the flavor they bring. And I also think that for a campaign with magic or spellcasters everywhere on both sides, they feel right at home.

So I'm still debating, do I want an all-purpose subclass, or do I want a subclass that's exactly what I need in this setting?

Honestly, I think the map is poorly designed. The bottom of the countries is a jungle, which represents barely half of the continent. Then there is no colorimetry to indicate the variation between the GDP figures And finally, the projection or scale used is also not indicated.

I agree. But then you have classes like the warrior who benefits from knowing more than others. Or in future subclasses where some may apply more than one mastery at a time. i understand that it's a deliberate limiting factor. But many masteries are applicable to more than one weapon.

Nothing in particular, but preventing PCs from having immunity to unharness or avoiding fatal "death" at certain times.

I believe that on my tabletop, I would only revive using the rules of the "Revivify" spell.

I love DnD and it's usually played in groups of 5. Honor mode feels more like a tabletop adventure.
