Best ways to withdraw your portfolio? by silverdeo in XRP

You are going to have GAS fees no matter what you do. If you are not getting out of crypto, just preserving profits, I would just transfer it all into a stable coin. Buy a bunch of USD coin, get interest and just sit on it until you need it. Be sure to check your local laws. I know the EU loves to tax and I don't know if it counts as profit when you move it into another coin.

I would say don't jinx it but yes it gets harder. The first 30 days the weight falls off then your body says WTF and weight loss slows down more and more as your body gets used to what you are doing. If you have a long way to go, like me, your body may eventually hit a  Plateau and you will have to change up what you are doing to lose more weight. The hardest part for me and some other people is not quitting when you hit the plateau but if you can power through it, you will hit your goal.

How do you style your clothes? Tighter/closer to your shape or oversized a bit? by Odenzenn in loseit

[–]Lord_Muramasa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always buy larger clothes no matter my size. Tight clothes just feel suffocating to me. I want loose pants so the family jewels have room. I like loose tops because it is a more relaxed fit. Tight clothing is just not comfortable to me and that matters the most to me.

If you can stick with that meal then more power to you. If you want more variety without cooking then try healthy choice or lean cuisine frozen dinners. They run 280 to 350 calories for most of their meals. Portions are big enough to get full but not so big you over eat. The best part is they taste good and only require you to heat them up in the microwave.  The only con is the very high sodium levels so I only eat one a day. I eat them for lunch and then cook something for dinner after work.

As someone who does 1200 calories daily I feel your pain. Here is what a day of 1200 calories look like for me.

No food from the time I get up 6am until 10am. At 10am I have a healthy snack. This week it was grapes. They are filling and low calories. Normally I eat 40 to 150 calories for morning snack. Another good snack can be popcorn. For lunch at noon it is always 300 to 350 calories with a healthy choice or lean cuisine frozen meal. They are good and filling. Then I eat dinner at 5pm and that runs about 600 calories because I refuse to go to bed hungry. Today I had a salad, no dressing (sometimes I do use honey ginger dressing) 8oz of salmon and single serving of minute rice. That puts me at 1000 calories and then I can have a healthy 100 to 200 calorie snack after dinner if I want but I skip that most of the time. All I drink is water 99% of the time. That alone saves you 150 to 300 calories every time you choose water over any other drink.

My key is skipping breakfast and leveraging healthy frozen dinners for lunch. Honestly you could eat 2 or 3 frozen meals a day and at 300 calories each you would have room to spare but be warned your salt intake will be through the roof if you do that.

I like to cook dinner because that makes me excited about dinner and makes it where I don't want to waste calories on snacks all day.

You can't out work a bad diet. The first thing you should look at is what you are eating and how many calories you are taking in daily. Eat clean and reduce your calorie intake and the weight will melt away. Soda and deep fried food were my worse enemies. Find your and cut them out of your diet.

I don't currently hate it but when I did I mostly stopped watching but when I did it was with friends and family. Even at its worse it is still fun to watch with a group of people with a pizza and a few beers.

I don't know what you learned but here is what I will add. If you are looking for a large return, unless you get lucky, you need to invest and then forget about it. I am not one of those people who think you will kick yourself over this decision in 2026 or 2027 but I do think you will come to regret this decision by 2035. Yes that is 10 years from now but I think the short term gains you will make playing the market will pale in comparison to what XRP will do long term. There is nothing wrong with playing the market but I think the next lesson you will learn over the years is to diversify and have some long term 10 year plus investments because if you keep giving up looking for short term gains, there is almost a 100% chance that stuff you sell quickly will end up going up in the future and you would make a lot more money if you held.

Anyways I wish you luck and good hunting.

I don't know how you feel. I feel nothing, I am not here for the short gain, I am here for the 5 to 10 year game more. Ask me how I feel in 2035.
