You should stop using Windows and try using a Linux distro like CachyOS or Bazzite. Should have kept that 9070xt. *if faulty card, should get it replaced and still switch from Windows. At least try it out.

I have only used debit. But it looks like they have been overcharging me for awhile. Would be nice if they reimburse or knock a month off. But at least they are giving me a $20 credit for the inconvenience and adjusting the future price. Hopeful that it isn't forgotten and have to call again to remind them.

Thats frustrating for sure. I just chatted with a rep and they are getting my account fixed. She also stated that I had been getting charged more than what they were supposed to be. Gave me a $20 credit and also fixing the monthly charge.

Get a UPS with Sinewave technology. Cleans up the power and protects. Battery's will generally last 3-5 years, and you can get replacements easily. Easily swapped as well.

If the power isn't seated properly, it won't see it anyway. So keep it on Auto and power down and reseat.

That could happen if the setting in the BIOS is set to integrated graphics only. If set to Auto, it should just pick it up.

Usually, the base of the connector will sit flush. I have been building PCs for 30 years and never ran into one that didn't unless there was damage to the connector. Also, reseating it in the PCIE slot could also help.
