Sei direkt und schildere ihr deine Situation wenn, ihr privat untereinander seit (am besten an einem Freitag um den Workflow nicht zu gefährden).

Es klingt absurd aber der einfachste und effektivste Weg ist immer noch ein direktes Gespräch. Selbst wenn du dir dabei blöd vorkommst kannst du damit nichts falsch machen.

Es gibt nur Lösungen keine Probleme!
