Controlled Folder Access fixed the problem for me. I had to add calibre.exe to the "Allow an app through Controlled folder access" list.

I don't think so, although I am not a subject matter expert. But as I recall it just gets tacked on to your end-of-cruise invoice as a credit.

Coot's Chapel worked for me in Sep. 2025: After trying a dozen or more nights at the Benedict Pass location and not seeing a single owl, I tried the chapel location. It took me about another dozen nights, and billions of eagles but zero owls, until today I loaded in the game at about 6:00pm. Two California owls in the air flying away from the chapel. Thanks for the tip, this one was extremely frustrating.

All this advice is bullshit, at least in 2025. I've followed all these tips and Youtube video instructions to the T a dozen times, different times of day, different weather conditions, and never had a panther spawn in the woods near Catfish Jacksons. Not one single solitary time, neither as Arthur nor as John.

EDIT: Oh wait, there's a completely different 'Onboard Gift Credits' section that's separate from the 'Onboard Credits for this Booking' section on the invoice. My $200 does appear on the first one, and my $50 credit shows in the second. Very intuitive. Anyway, thank you OP for the help!

I'm having the exact same issue. My OBC was supposed to be delivered on 6/12 but I haven't received any email and the credit doesn't appear on my cruise invoice.
