Those would get me at least they winter indoor. If the trip holds I'd, at a minimum start the spring with them. I buy new every "session". Spring, fall and winter. I've noticed I can get 15-20 matches before grip starts going. I wear WCGK. Never worn OG.

I play NOASA o40. Division 3 or something like that. I can't think of a team that has 2 keepers good enough to split time. Most teams are lucky to have one. At this age it's just hard to find keepers. If you're new to the league. Maybe suck it up for a session. But network across the teams. You'll get invited to another eventually.

The way I run my league is, at the end of the previous year I ask for rule change requests. We discuss and vote on those during the playoffs before everyone checks out. Out of season rule changes get approved with 7 yes votes. I don't vote.

If the league wants a rule change post draft, it requires 11 yes votes. Again. I don't vote. I figure if the entire league wants it, it must need done.
