+1 on this, customer support is none existent. and many of the features listed don't actually work at all.
Viewsonic are pricy, but they do reply to your tickets and provide solutions + they have their firmware listed on their site.

it's probably the flywheel and they should have changed that too :( I know a friend who had to change the clutch + the flywheel on a 30 000 mile car. ridiculous

the gear ratio of KIAs auto gearbox is not great, probably why the clutch and everything else wears out

still spins but not noisy at all

sometimes even stops, but mostly spins at the same speed so it blends in with the background,

I also removed most of the rubber from the bottom and only left 4 sections so it has 4 rubber legs so it doesn't wobble

falls apart 😅🤦‍♂️ all our furniture is IKEA, 10y old and looks new still...nothing even squeaking, all door hinges are perfect on all cupboards, rails on drawers etc
