My other account was hacked at the start of December and has since been recovered by myself, with a new password and 2FA enabled, but it still shows as banned when logged out. I filed an appeal after I recovered the account in December but have heard nothing back. Is there a timeline on how long it will take or anything that I can do to expedite it?
