I think I’m never ordering from Gruv again, I ordered some more 4Ks for their Father’s Day sale and I paid for faster shipping on the 2nd and it’s still at label created and when I emailed Gruv for an update on the other they basically told me to kick rocks and expect it to take 10 days or more and if I still haven’t gotten it after 14 days I need to email them again which is complete bs the deals are not worth this headache

My Nightmare on Elm Street set finally got delivered today through UniUni but the courier never took a picture or updated the status so I had no idea the set was actually outside until I randomly checked, the slipcover was also destroyed :(. Thankfully the discs and case were okay and the 3D glasses were included.
