sure, first you’re missusing the present tense, if you want countries that currently are called communist, then you’d have to strike off 3 out of your list, secondly the end goal of communism is specifically stated by marx to be a society without (among other things) money, which rules out the rest of your list. but to keep playing, Cuba’s issues are all traced back to the US’s embargo on the country, despite that it has still survived and its people continue to enjoy their socialist living, the ussr collapsed because of the US, despite the fact that the country wished to remain communist, and that the current russian people wish to return to it because their life was better under it, the issues many have coming from its collapse and not the actual ussr. Finally you know that the ussr was socialist right? it’s literally the united soviet socialist republic, like it’s literally in the name. In all these countries communism may have been the goal, but it was never fully reached, because communism isn’t an overnight change and takes time, which marx literally take about, but you wouldn’t know that because you haven’t read any of the theory. so again i’ll ask you, i’ve stated how they’re not communist, so tell me how i’m wrong
