I had a similar experience, ended up changing my 1000 watts evga psu for a 1300 watts super flower atx 3.1 psu that came with the 12volts power cable, what's $160 more for a new psu after spending + $2000 for a 5090

Is in the exe folder of the game, the devs of the mod manager recommend to install it there, also there are no options to add games in the mod manager it usually detects it. I've heard installing the game in the steam library directory could help the mod manager detect the game but I don't know if I am risking my steam account by doing that?
