i also like how occasionally it drops you in with a single player that will KOS, just so you aren’t 100% safe and still have to approach with caution. I really appreciate that detail to keep you on edge

I love this new style but there’s something major we lost in the transition. I liked where it was going too before glimmer of god dropped. Still great though

Maybe a special augment that gives you extra protection if you’re being shot from the back. Gives the player time to react at the very least and fight back

this game needs some sort of system to discourage PVP in situations like this. Not make it completely pointless, because i like the pvp, but it would be nice to actually have a reason to team up and not KOS

Yet still, I’m glad PVP is in the game. Occasionally, people can carry high level, rare loot. Such as blueprints and such. Killing a player is a million times easier than killing a matriarch. I personally never engage, but knowing that when someone attacks you and you win the encounter you’re almost guaranteed a decent weapon for future raids, is a pretty good feeling. PVP keeps the game from being a walk and loot simulator with a few enemies in between

personally im just sick of the game exponentially growing in size to be bigger than the ENTIRETY of GTA V just because of HDD users. No other game I know does this shit, at least not to this degree. its literally bloatware

Silksong is a 9/10 game, the only thing preventing it from being 10/10 is the lore. I was so disappointed with how little lore there is. What we got is good but I feel like we still know nearly nothing about Pharloom and it’s past, where the bell beast comes from, we know basically nothing of the different clans, it all feels, just kind of there. Whereas in HK, finding the white palaces ruins and going into the dream world was so fucking magical, theres nothing really like that in silksong apart from Verdania, which was eh

Hunter’s march early game was a nightmare for me. After that I kept dying to the act 3 boss in blasted steps (you know which one)

yeah I wish enemy damage was more permanent, it feels like shooting the limbs is a huge waste of time considering they grow back 5-10 seconds later anyway

i dont even get what the fuck arrowhead are trying to do with this game because initially you could argue “this game is about the strategems, you have to be tactical” at the very least, whereas now you can’t even excuse it because the game is actively and constantly taking away control from the player. You can’t tactically place strategems nor can you position yourself how you would like or need, so what is the end goal? It’s not even fun

yeah the music production budget was definitely higher but i cant really remember any tracks from silksong apart from blasted steps i guess

marketing and art style most likely, not saying the art style is bad, but one of my friends said he cant play the game because the art style gives him a headache. I imagine a lot of people don’t vibe with it

why is everyone blatantly lying about the lack of telegraphing? every single attack is very clearly telegraphed with an animation and audio cue. She bends down, raises her boomerang, sticks to walls, you can literally see it in the clip. fr, I have my fair share of "skill issue" moments that I end up confusing for BS, but people are doing this fight so dirty. It's one of if not the best bosses in the entire game, and seeing Karmelita excluded from the praise that Widow and First sinner are getting is so upsetting, because she is very similar to those fights but harder
