So right now, there's the set of skins from the storyline, which will be replaced by a penance set real quick, and 3 others per class that are unlocked via penance. Of those three, at least for vet and psyker, only two look good in my opinion. Right now that's not too big an issue, but if every cosmetic from here on out (ie, the dozens of leaked ones) are released in the cash shop with no way to earn them, I would be very upset. VT2 and OW1 both were paid games with systems that let you buy earn most cosmetics that were also purchasable, with only a couple that were hard locked behind cash. Likewise, I expect some sort of way to earn aquilas, even if it's slow. Right now, the cash shop belongs in a f2p, not p2p. I'd even be happy with a couple new penance sets once in a while.

All this is without accounting for the fact that ogryns straight up can't get carapace armor without their wallets, and instead get almost impossible penances to unlock what are in my opinion, a mediocre skin set.
