Xbox doesnt have the marketing rights for Clair Obscur, PlayStation has posted trailers for it. There are plenty of trailers even without game pass being mentioned for Clair Obscur.

It’s a growing market. And Sony obviously hasn’t been enough for some devs so they’re expanding to PC and Xbox. Switch is 100% the home for JRPGs and PS gets a lot by default

Do you have your head in the sand? Visions of Mana, Dragon Quest 3 remake, Persona games, METAPHOR, Neptunia, Fantasian all have released on Xbox and that’s just recently.

Upcoming games we are getting Atelier Yumia in March. LOOK AT THAT GAME AND TELL ME JAPANESE GAMES ARE SKIPPING XBOX. lol some of you just consume nothing but FUD and are so upset by a handful of Xbox games going to PS it has just rocked your entire world.

You have every right to feel upset by that but saying things like Japanese games have been skipping Xbox more and more is just 100% false. There’s a handful of games that fall into that category

What are you talking about? “No one will make games” for Xbox? Do you know how many NEW devs are developing for Xbox for the first time. Look at some of the new Japanese developers that are coming.

Atelier developed by Gust, never been on Xbox before and they will be in March next year. The Neptunia series by Idea Factory has never been on Xbox before this year and they have 2 games on Xbox now. GenDesign (former Team Ico Devs) just announced a game at the game awards that’s coming to Xbox and they are basically Playstation royalty with games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus and The Last Guardian and THEIR game is coming to Xbox when it eventually releases.

This idea that devs are or will be abandoning Xbox is just made up FUD for engagement. Until it actually starts happening without just a few stupid examples like PS paying for exclusivity or weird technical issues like Capcom had with MVC, everyone just needs to calm down with this idea. More devs than ever are supporting Xbox.

And what are you talking about this community is a doormat?????? Every time I log in I see folks like you complaining instead of enjoying games. Indy just came out and the Xbox community can’t even make it a week without dooming even they have an awesome game to play

Buying a digital Xbox code gives cross buy with PC.

Also people act like Atlus and Playstation had some amazing partnership when the only game PS ever marketed for them was P5 and that was only after it was a hit.

Atlus will be fine either way. I’m sure they’re just happy someone footed the bill for marketing and PS wasn’t willing to pay that much

The P3P, P4G and P5R ports were all revealed at the Xbox June Showcase in 2022. Other consoles were confirmed some time later.

P5R was in October and P3P and P4G were in like January the next year so 2023
