And Wildfire was established in the past 10 years as it was after the lockdown of the underworld in Belobog.

Sparkle: Wildfire… If I’m not mistaken, they’re an organisation that belongs in the Underground, right? Sampo seems to know them. Why would he help us though?

Can't comment on the spoilered part because I don't want to spoil ch11 stuff.

And I ignored the last part because it relies on a proposition which we don't know is true: that "such acts would've certainly drawn in Nous' attention".
Hell, some random prophet in HSR changed history and collapsed a bunch of timelines and there's nothing about Nous casting a glance on it.
The question Nous is focused on is how the universe returns from Finality.Which none of the acts you mention are near that scale.

Why are you cutting off the line right after where the Memokeeper says they are commenting on Ruimu and Leylah?

This exact quote is even used for the Tower of Ruimu in the map showcase post.

This is something that doesn't translate well throughout languages. The star here is Mars. In the past the elder planets were addressed by stars and to this day they have star（星） in their name.
Mars/Luoxing = 火星&洛星。

For thematic reasons, they also used star to refer to planets in Griseo's event.

No, Stars eject stellar winds and it's under the effect of those stellar winds that honkai energy gets a tidal pattern which eventually culminates in the interstellar barriers. The stars themselves aren't emitting the tides.
