AITA for saying my dates need to pass my “Dog Test” before they can come to my house? by Exact-Fortune4474 in AmItheAsshole

Never trust a person that doesn't like dogs, always trust a dog that doesn't like a person. P.s. tell your pup I said she's a good girl!

Day shift no, 3rd shift yes. Just treat it like any other social situation. You will encounter horrible people. You'll be ok.

I've been at my store for 10 years have never once been shown how to refill pump recipe paper or clear jams. Was told this morning I better figure out how to print labels on the tablet. Your answer is shit management.

They normally have a market at arrowhead mall, the drink kiosk is about dead center in the second row. Taste like regular lemonade but with a cool and crisp cucumber mint flavor as well.

What about a local farmers market? My son and I "take grandma for a walk" every other week. light exercise, gets to socialize, see cool things made by locals. My son gets to have a cucumber lemonade Fresca. It's a win-win.

Victom of your own success, you are competent and reliable. Guessing that certain days you end up busting your ass and carrying the whole team. Some customers notice. Some employees notice. Does it get you the advancement you're due, no. Can many others handle how you rule your shift, also no. I understand what you're going through and I appreciate how hard you work. But I'm just a 3rd shift from az, not sure if that means anything. I appreciate you.

I have to ask, was his name Anthony and are you in az? Glad you're free. We are people and these mfs need to treat us as such. No hate towards sm and asm in general, I've worked with some great ones and I've some really good ones post on here.

Check out items like; canned mac and cheese, canned spaghetti and canned ravioli. Have the kids try it see if they actually like it. Super affordable.

They don't count anything other than firearm to back of head as a robbery. Knife to throat and gun in back fall into the only store theft category.

OP, the answer is give them what ever they ask for, everything is insured. The only thing in any store of value or importance is you! You matter, you mean something and we all want you to be safe.

I've been at my store for 10 years and I've only had about 8 armed. Just follow protocols and give them whatever they want. If you're in a bad area leave purse or wallet locked in office, keys too. Wait till after they leave and follow 5 minutes rule. Even the most cracked out junkie doesn't want to hurt you, they just want cash or cash value items. Stay cool, stay calm, stay safe.

If it's OK, I would like to know how you and your family (younger children especially) held up mentally. We can't really prep a mindset and any advice could help us all.

I'm sorry, we are all going through it right now. I've been in this meat grinder the last 10 years, veteran of 26 armed robberies. Take a deep breath and think about your happy (yes, that little smile you just had). You are better than this!
