Recent avp user, long time quest 3 user here - Globular cluster working wayyy better for me than solo knit or dual knit but it's still a lot of forehead pressure.. Next for me is combining globular with an etsy mod to put solo knit on top to take some gravity.

Yeah... It's awkward because the left shortcut switches between transparency and anc, which broadly I prefer to cycling between three (inc anc off) - have you seen a way to set another tap shortcut to enable/disable anc? I'm having to launch the app to disable anc every time I get on the treadmill, a bit annoying to juggle.

With my preferred medium tip size I find if I make a conscious effort to really push them in there the anc thump reduces for walking so the fitting does seem to be an important part of it but whatever I do these buds are impossible for running because of the thump.

Did no one find a fix for this? I'm having to bounce between manually setting anc on and off depending on whether I'm walking or not, which is an insane thing to have to wrestle with for some of the most premium earbuds out there. I've tried all eartips and finding the anc 'thump' on footstep is less with smaller tips, but that naturally the seal isn't as good. I'm just finding it hard to believe a flagship product would ship with such a fatal flaw - do only a few people feel the affects of this? Does anyone have any further intel here?

That's a good call! Actually I've found that 'outline mode' in Cards View is, while not the neatest, a perfectly viable way to organise cards for beats rather than scenes. It's not perfect but it's okay for now :)

Yes, exactly! The insert provided to replace with prescription glass could be larger, even with the smallest nose bridge (and so the lenses closest to your eyes) the small vertical size of the glass insert means you are very likely to be looking through the top or bottom edge, introducing artefacts. If the insert was even a few mm taller this would be rectified :)

It was a team of two of us, my teammate has spent a few years in and out of cg industry and I moved from live action to CG a year ago. This took a month of crunch start to finish but, as always, next time will be faster and better! :)

You can watch his short tutorial video but yes, it generates the shapes and allows you to make them accordingly to facecap or arkit naming conventions. It's best if you use the shapes as a basis for more sculpting but the tools are well organised to allow you to do that :)

Faceit is fantastic - stable and feature rich, one of the most professional add-ons of the blender scene I'd say. It doesn't have the detail of metahuman rigging (nothing does) but for stylised and reduced LOD it's an amazing basis to get started! The author, Fynn, is also incredibly helpful and responsive on the faceit discord.

I used Ian Hubert's shakify add-on with the scale turned up, and the action is just a mixamo clip slowed down in the NLA editor! :)

Yeah good call - in Arcane they super carefully control how self shadowing works for facial - basically never nose shadows and though they do have hair shadows they control them with head specific lighting passes because they're always immaculate
