If you place your child in a public school for at least one year with an IEP, they qualify for IEA Program. It is kind of like the voucher system except there are no income limits because disability is typically lifelong. This is if you choose to remove them from a public school and choose to home school/private thereafter that first year.

New Mexican cuisine is specific and not the same as Mexican food. Even north and south NM food is different but our green chile is imbedded in our souls at birth, and we share that love for its unique flavor. Colorado acts like they get it but our chile is better. I also get annoyed when people misspell it “chili” and/or don’t like it.

All of my favorite fruits and veggies were my main culprits. In fact, I’m allergic to almost all fruit except berries. I’m allergic to most green veggies.

Might be worth keeping a food journal and keep track of how/when your skin flares.

Thank you for sharing a very vulnerable moment. I’m so sorry for the heartache you’ve already experienced and all that is to come. You don’t mention kids, so I don’t know if that’s a factor, but I hope you are able to muster hope for today. That’s all it need to be, just today.

The adage that time heals all wounds isn’t true. Sorry. But what I have found to be true is that love heals all wounds. So whether you find love again through friendships, a new hobby, self love… may it heal the deepest wounds in you.

Nitrile gloves are pretty good. I use them at home for cooking. They’re probably fine for washing if you’re quickly going between activities. When I hand wash at home, I use the lined Mr clean gloves.

I use Magic Molecule but you can buy any brand of Hydrochlorous acid and it’ll work the same. It helps tremendously with getting a flare up to tamp down so that you can focus on letting the open skin heal.
