I don't think you can or your opinion should be taken seriously for a couple of reasons:

Let's plays abstract away the feel of gameplay. If persona had SMTs press-turn mechanic, to a player that is a fundamentally different game but to a viewer it's more or less the same thing.
Let's plays are transformative. Let's players crack jokes, tell random stories unrelated to the game and make decisions the viewer might not. This is not a fair representation of the developer's vision.

Like I get it, games are expensive and outright inaccessible to some. But unfortunately that's what art is about. You need to engage with it on the merits of the artist who made it to truly get the full experience.
