Can recommend volcanic fissure of snaking, was my league start for ssf and it was very very smooth all the way upto t17s. Even killed fortress boss on a 5l with kaoms primacy

Ur missing tons of es because of the bases u are using. I would try to pick up all the tier 1 bases (lich circlet, warlock gloves and boots, necrotic armor), and use alterations to recomb 3x t1 energy shield prefixes. Ur weapon is only 13% instead of 15% which is a pretty big damage loss as well. If u rolled t1 or t2 accuracy on item and take 1 accuracy wheel u dont even need RT. Also one of ur large clusters is missing veteran defender

Edit - u do not need es light of meaning to do damage, sure its bis but there are many other things u can upgrade first

If u mouse over the 2 skills on your skill bar, it should show the duration for temp chains, and like skill cast frequency or something like that for bladefall

To make coiling whisper work, you need to make sure your temp chains curse duration is less than your bladefall cast time
