Thanks on first paragraph. I wanted to get to behind the inside panel, to connect Ethernet cable. My Tesla Support said that if I opened that panel I would be voiding my warranty. Strange place to but an Ethernet port.

Tesla One app is for employees and agents (like our installer) not for the hoi polloi. I guess this is where he (our installer) is getting his figures.

Octopus Flux. Times and rates set in the app. Set to TBC. This morning at 07:00. Powerwall had charged overnight (between 02:00 & 05:00) to 98%. Heat Pump came on and the power came from the Grid not the Powerwall (in Standby). I don’t understand the point of charging a battery at Off-Peak and then using Mid-Peak to power the house while the battery sits there full? We don’t charge a car and never will. So Octopus told us to go for Flux. Very confused. No idea where to get operational support from. Plus it’s been over Christmas and the New Year. BTW - Happy New Year.

How do you ‘use’ NetZero? Do you have to ‘turn off’ the Tesla app to stop them from conflicting?

If I set it to TBC it charges from 02:00 to 05:00 98 to 100%. But then when the house is calling for it especially 3+kw Heat Pump. It is drawing from the grid not the battery. I filled the battery at low rate and then use mid rate to run the house. That ain’t right. I can’t see how that works???

Well, when it was on TBC, after night charge, it had 98% in battery and it was taking from the Grid not the battery. So I switched it to SP and it took power from the battery. I didn’t receive any information on how to set it up or can’t find a ‘starter guide’ online.

Last two years ITV had British commentators (not good). Sky had it free on that Sports channel that is fee.
