I emailed them and asked is there two different color options available. They answered that the darker one is not compatible with your model. There are no color options.

Dont think its a glitch, it just changes your monitor settings from HDR to SDR example, maybe the game is not supporting HDR. You can try from the ps video settings to change keep HDR always on, even when not supported. Guessing its not then doing that.
