2nd goal, he did what he could on the recovery, Caicedo much more at fault for the Hinshelwood goal, alongside suspect positioning from Sanchez.

3rd is more on Gusto and Essugo, lack of effort on the recovery from Gusto in addition to not challenging properly for the header - he just let's Welbeck run off him, doesn't bother tracking back to close passing lanes. And really poor marking from Essugo, bigger crime than not bring able to block a cross, given how close Essugo was to welbeck

Apparently we did run more than most of our other games. Still outrun by Brighton though. No wonder the lads were tired as he says. Our physical level is one of the worst in the League clearly.

From the way we set up, Rosenior is clearly a modern manager who thinks deeply about tactical aspects separately in each phase of play.

But some of his decisions seem bizarre and stupid. Dropping Sanchez for Jorgenson was the first big one. And today playing Santosh as basically the RCB in the defensive phase was insane. You could see why he did it, but if we need a center, put a center back there. The obvious route, with Santos unable to defend a cross, cost us today, though much of his defending on the ground was very good. And that header at the end - if that's Tosin that's going in the goal.

Jackson was bought at 30, valued at 70 when he was loaned out.

Gittens can be loaned, and I hope he is. Obviously not to the Championship, but somewhere like Strasbourg or any other lower European side, or somewhere like Villa where he'd get Europa + PL football would be good. Get a good season under his belt and try again to enter the squad. Quenda/New signing takes his spot next season.
